A Community Pillar has agreed to modify their standard tenant screening process in order to help applicants with potential rental barriers—such as low incomes, spotty credit scores, unemployment, or lack of housing references—be able to obtain housing. These landlords and property managers know that securing safe and reliable housing is often the first step towards a brighter future, and they want to help everyone in their community find their way home.
